Job description:
1. Recruitment:
Resource planning and budgeting to recruit resources for the Company.
Implement the recruitment process and make sure the resources are provided to the departments according to the department's deadlines and requirements
Maintain a database of current and prospective qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Responsible for preparing job ads, candidate profiles and being a member in the interview
Build and complete an effective recruitment process
Contact universities to conduct and organize candidate attraction activities.
Participate in company branding activities.
2. Educate:
Planning, organizing and implementing training programs in the Company.
Search for training providers, trainers in accordance with the required Company training programs
Coordinate with departments to set up training programs to develop internal resources in accordance with the business orientation and objectives of the Company.
Prepare all the logistics for the training program (arrange the classrooms, materials and tools needed for the training session)
Conduct training program evaluation and analyze the effectiveness of training programs
Control of training activities within the approved budget.
Other jobs are assigned by the Head of HCNS
Job requirements:
Degree: University majoring in Foreign Languages, Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
Experience of 2-3 years in the same position.
Fluent English.
Office computer: Proficient in office computer.
Agile, enthusiastic, able to withstand high work pressure.
