The materials used to manufacture braided rope have been revolutionized from time immemorial, and prehistoric humans found this principle long before science. Today braided rope is used extensively in many applications in the industrialized world and even in our homes.
There is a mixed variety of braided rope in the market nowadays: single braid, double braid, and kernmantle (a particular type of braided rope with its core is a twisted fiber).
